Tusculum Brewing Company includes a brewery, taproom, and light fare! We offer beer made in house, sourced wine, champagne, and cider. The H.O. Adler Building, most recently home to Bergmann Lumber Company, will soon be home to a brand new hot spot in the heart of downtown Boerne, Texas. The project will involve several stages and we look forward to opening in 2018. We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to the preservation of the history and the small-town sense of community of Boerne. We are so excited to share our progress with you as we work towards opening our doors. Craft beer is our passion, and we cannot wait to share our amazing beer with our community.
