Where we make the good stuff… The building where the brewery is located was built in the early 1900′s. It is located on North Third Street within two blocks of the historic square and Franklin County Courthouse in Chambersburg. A three-story, industrial all-brick building consists of 20,000 sq. ft in total area. The brewery is currently located in the basement and is 5,500 sq. ft. of classic brick and old pine timber, which has been restored to its original look and texture. The brewhouse that christens this humble abode traveled from Anchorage, Alaska. It is a 7 BBL JV Northwest Electric System and is paired with three 20 BBL fermenting tanks allowing Roy Pitz to brew twice a day. At this point, the brewery can brew up to 180 kegs per month at maximum capacity.
