Welcome to Rock Cut Brewing Company in Estes Park, Colorado. Rock Cut was founded in 2015 by Tracy Goodemote and Matt Heiser, college friends who have spent the last 13 years brewing together. From a homebrewing set-up in Tracy’s garage to a state-of-the-art seven barrel brewhaus, Matt & Tracy’s passion has evolved into one of Northern Colorado’s favorite craft breweries. Now three owners strong (adding Kirby Nelson-Hazelton in 2018) and with thirteen pretty-freakin'-awesome staff, we focus on high-quality ingredients, authentic techniques & recipes, and innovative styles; creating beers that are perfectly suited for après-adventure stories around the taproom.
