Our beer is and will always be clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance. We feel our four flagship offerings best represent Pollyanna and take pride in their year-round availability on draft. We also package multiple styles in cans and bottles. We're constantly experimenting with local fruits and spices, seasonal lagers, barrel-aging, and wild yeast and bacteria. In our intimate and truly unique taproom, we offer tasting flights, pints, and 64oz growlers and 32oz howlers to-go as well as a scenic look at the brewery. Keep an eye out for a constant rotation of one-off firkins and taproom only offerings as well.

Named after a combination of our second home town, Roselle, and the city known for sour beer in Belgium, Roeselare, Pollyanna Roselare is the home of our 7bbl brew house, Italian Foudres, a wide array of wood barrels, and plenty of unique one-off offerings.
With a newly launched spirit and cocktail menu as well as wine offerings from our neighbors at Lynfred, Pollyanna Roselare offers a drink for everyone. A large outdoor beer garden plays host to live music, food trucks, and good times throughout the year.

The view from our tap room looks directly down onto our brewery allowing the smells, sites, and sounds of a busy brewing and packaging day come to life while sipping on a beer brewed just feet away.
