Paragon Brewing has been in operation since May 1, 2014 in the former location of Sully's pub.  We have a 2,000 square foot brewing facility on site with an anticipated capacity of 1000 bbls per year.  We offer some of the best craft beer and pub fare that the northwest has to offer.  Our award winning chef Ryan McDonald has developed an exceptional seasonal menu with must try weekly specials.  We look forward to your visit!
