Sam Richardson, Matt Monahan, and Andrew Burman founded Other Half Brewing Company in Brooklyn, NY in 2014 with a simple mission: to create beer that they wanted to drink from a company that they wanted to be a part of. Their vision was to push the boundaries of beer and the culture that surrounds it by representing the “Other Half” of the industry.

Since opening our first taproom in 2014, we've been dedicated to building the evolution of the local brewery, and have since grown to add spaces in New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, the Finger Lakes, and Buffalo. We invest in each of our local communities with limited-edition beer, merchandise, and experiences. We create spaces for real-world relationships to grow, and always leave room for innovation to take us in new directions.



Located just 30 minutes outside of Rochester and minutes from Canandaigua Lake, Other Half FLX is both a destination and a local brewery. Featuring over 20 of our craft IPAs, lagers, sours, stouts, and seltzers on draft and by the can, along with ample indoor and outdoor seating and a food truck serving up tasty snacks every Thursday through Sunday.

Other Half Brewing - Finger Lakes

Our spacious taproom and brewery in Philadelphia’s Fishtown is the perfect place to enjoy one of our fresh draft beers while you watch the game on one of our TVs or play yard games in our large outdoor beer garden. In addition to beer, we have a curated selection of local canned cocktails, Pennsylvania cider, wine, and liquor or you can choose from our cans and bottles of beer to go. We also have a full kitchen serving snacks, apps, sandwiches, and kids’ bites.

Other Half Brewing - Philadelphia

Our original location at the intersection of Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, and Gowanus is where the magic began back in 2014. Join us in our taproom for any of our 20 draft beers, wine, cider, and soft drinks. We also sell cans and bottles to go along with select merchandise and snacks to enjoy with your beer.

Other Half Brewing - Centre Street

Our taproom and small batch brewery in Williamsburg’s Domino Park is where you can find us experimenting with what we’ll make next! In addition to beer on draft, we have a curated selection of wines, liquors, and select draft cocktails. Our 15 barrel system brews up some of our most innovative concoctions, which you can try on draft in our taproom. If you get hungry, you can order pizza and snacks directly to your table from our neighbors at Roberta’s. We also sell a full selection of bottles and cans to go as well as merchandise.

Other Half Brewing - Domino Park

Our pop-up taproom at One Seneca Tower is open for drinks inside, in our expansive beer garden, or while you play our arcade games! In addition to draft beer, we have snacks, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and merchandise, as well as bottles and cans to go. Other Half Brewing - Buffalo Taproom

Our spacious taproom in Ivy City is right next to our largest production facility to date and has a little something for everyone! You can enjoy draft beer in our taproom, on our covered patio while you watch the game, next to our rail car, or on our rooftop. We also offer soft drinks and snacks to have with your beer, merchandise, and cans and bottles of our beer to go.
