Located at Otay Ranch Mall in Chula Vista, the combination bar, restaurant and brewery, comes in at a whopping 12,000 square feet with over 60 taps of beer, kombuchas, and hard seltzers available. Enjoy the best American, Brazilian, and Mexican cuisine from South California!



Otay Ranch

Located at the south end of San Diego Bay with beautiful views of the Coronado Bridge and downtown skyline in the distance, our main dining room of 7,500 sq feet has a capacity for 283 people seated. It has 2 giant LED screens + 60 taps of draft beers, beer cocktails, hard seltzers, and Kombucha with an extensive food menu including steaks, hamburgers, vegan options, tacos, and more!



Imperial Beach

We’re Nova Easy Kombucha, a group of like-minded brewmasters with backgrounds in innovative beverages. In Southern California, we have found the perfect environment and climate to create a unique kind of kombucha – one that is actually tasty and easy to drink.

Eastlake

Our Novo Mission Valley venue boasts an 8,000-square-foot dining room with 352 seats. Adjacent to the indoor-outdoor bar, you’ll find a 3,500-square-foot patio featuring fire pits—a perfect spot for an additional 237 people. The space also showcases over 100 feet of 1.5-millimeter pixel pitch LED video walls, and a professional sound system, just perfect for presentations.
