Just 4 miles from the NC/GA border, Nocturnal Brewing Co. opened on the square in historic downtown Hayesville, fall 2018. Brewer David Grace uses many ingredients sourced and foraged nearby to craft exceptional beer. Chef Ray Fleming has a knack for creating tasty and beautiful dishes for a diverse menu. There’s something for everyone, lunch and dinner! Bar Manager John Srnek keeps the bar program exciting by crafting expertly combined cocktails. Leading lady and General Manager, Brittany Redding keeps all of the working parts ‘in sync’ and coordinates lively on-site events for the surrounding community.
