Established in 2006 by Jamie Floyd and Nikos Ridge, Ninkasi Brewing Company continues to brew independent craft beer from its Pacific Northwest home base in Eugene, Oregon. Named after the Sumerian Goddess of fermentation, the brewery operates under the core purpose: Perpetuate Better Living. Known for beers like Total Domination IPA, Tricerahops Double IPA, Dawn of the Red IRA, and cult favorites like Sleigh'r and Maiden the Shade, Ninkasi proudly serves quality craft beers while focusing on community involvement, art and culture.
