A few people have questioned our sanity that's for sure. However, during covid, we used to have "fencies" with our neighbor - beers over the fence, in other words. That act (along with many previous home brewing endeavors) spawned the idea to start a brewery. Instead of socializing over the fence, why not socialize around the Mashtun? Oohhh yes, lets call it Mashtun Social (that's the taproom), and then of course, Mashtun Brewing, which is the actual brewery part. Done deal. So we bought the smallest (but mightiest) commercial brewing system that we could afford, rented a storage shed and Bobs Your Uncle!
