Tucked away in a cul-de-sac in Fairfield, California, our brewery, distillery and taproom are your destination for out of the ordinary beer, spirits, food and cocktails. Our kitchen is open daily with a delectable menu of upscale pub fare and comfort food that pairs perfectly with our twenty-four taps of classic and funky brews, ten taps of delicious kegged cocktails, and seasonal, hand-crafted cocktails, as well. We also sell in-house bottled craft spirits, that are only available in our tap room!
