The Schmalz family opened Dostal Alley Casino in 1991 as one of the first casinos in Central City. In 1998, we launched our brewery, starting with a 2-barrel brewing system. By 2006, we expanded to a 7-barrel brewhouse, which we still use today. As a small, family-run operation, we take pride in brewing award-winning beer. We are honored to be the only brewery in Central City and part of Gilpin County's 150-year brewing history. So, come by and enjoy a cold beer while playing video poker, or relax on our patio with a beer flight and some delicious pizza. We also offer growlers, crowlers, bottles, and cans to go!
