Founded in 1995, Craftsman Brewing Company is Los Angeles’ oldest craft brewery. The secret ingredient that makes each of Craftsman’s beers so special is pretty simple: integrity. Owner and brewer, Mark Jilg, puts a lot of it into every step of the brewing process, and it shows. Known for their excellently quaffable core beers like 1903 and Heavenly Hefe as well as the amazing seasonal and experimental beers flavored and balanced by unusual ingredients like acorns, white sage, or even cabernet grapes.
