Chihuahua Cerveza is an independently-owned, domestically brewed Mexican lager, inspired by the strong Mexican culture in Southern California. Chihuahua Cerveza is brewed in celebration of the convergence of two great cultures. "Chihuahua" means, "The place where the waters of the rivers meet." We believe this represents Mexican and American cultures coming together through millions of our shared lives. We work every day to support and celebrate the innovators and trendsetters that are shaping contemporary Mexican American Culture. Chihuahua Cerveza Taproom is located on Balboa peninsula serving Premium Mexican cerveza. Our food is rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions, while also celebrating local and fresh ingredients.
