Welcome to North Carolina’s first cooperative brewery and restaurant with the aim of securing a shared network of local and regional partnerships made up of farmers, producers, and service professionals. Our goal is to brew great beer, but more importantly we believe in empowering the people of our community to collaborate, and leverage the collective effort of our organization in becoming an integral part of Burlington’s future expansion. The pooled economic structure of our cooperative, or “co-op”, secures a sustainable amount of jobs and services within the immediate area. It becomes not only beneficial for our members, but also for the whole community, keeping the circulation of wealth within our area by generating revenues of proportional buying and selling. This in turn allows for prosperous partnerships to develop, ensuring the success of all who are growing, brewing, and serving – not just in Burlington, but within its surrounding municipalities as well.
