Established in 2001, Bohemian Brewery has been brewing Utah’s finest old-world lagers ever since. Native Czechoslovakian Joe Petras founded Bohemian Brewery with his knowledge of traditional European lager brewing and a local yeast strain “brought” over from his Czech hometown’s beloved brewery.  100% locally owned & operated, Bohemian is a testament to European heritage brewing, and we continue perfecting the art. Year-round beer selections include our Czech Pilsener, Viennese Amber, Cherny Bock Dark Lager, Bavarian Weiss, GPA, “Sir-Veza” Mexican Lager, Düsseldorfer Alt Bier and Noble Hefeweizen amongst others. Seasonal releases include our Oktoberfest Märzenbier, Kölsch, Munich Dunkel & “BrewSki” German Pilsner. Our beers do not contain any preservatives or other artificial substances — using only the finest ingredients available. And as always, our malts, grains,and yeasts are all non-GMO certified. With a restaurant serving central-European comfort food 7 days a week, alongside our old-world lagers, Bohemian welcomes you to experience our "Old School Brews & Food" for yourself.
