Back in 2009 Lorenzo created the first of now three locations of Chateau Aeronautique Winery (and later the launch of Blue Skies Brewery est. 2018) The Jackson Location was first created as a Private Tasting Room with a Gazebo-type setting. Priding themselves in Michigan-made wines with Michigan grapes Chateau Aeronautique Winery made an impact in the town of Jackson, Michigan. With the success of the first location, Lorenzo began building his second location out in Irish Hills in 2017. Building Blue Skies Brewery as a vision of a micro-brewery feel to the location that also extended outside with a covered Biergarten that is open air or closed with heat for the Michigan winters. The Biergarten (est. 2019) then became the start of the Entertainment Shows ~ Filling the Venue out with amazing Tribute Bands, local acts, and other arrays of entertainment! But it doesn’t stop there! In 2020 He began their third location out in Auburn Hills, MI. Creating a sweet little tasting room location for people in Michigan to enjoy the local beers & wines and their latest edition: Coffee! Yep - you read that correctly! While opening up the third location He also created Layover Coffee bar that is inside Blue Skies Brewery (Auburn location) He is always looking at improving and creating new ways to share their passion to the world ~
