Anvil Brewing We had an idea... What if we built a traditional Texas dance hall and gave it a modern twist? What if we found a dilapidated, historically significant building and saved it form demolition? What if that building was downtown in a small northeast Texas town? What if we brewed our own craft beers? And what if we served great food at affordable prices? IT WOULD BECOME THE TOWN'S CENTRAL GATHERING PLACE FOR FAMILIES, COUPLES, FRIENDS, SCHOOL CHUMS, and VISITORS. What would we have? We have ANVIL BREWING in Pittsburg, Texas!
