Abbey Brewing Company, located in Abiquiu, New Mexico, is the producer of Monks' Ales starting with Monks' Ale released in 2005.

The brewery is located on the grounds of the Benedictine Monastery of Christ in the Desert.  The monks do not allow visits to the brewery.
