Mustang Sally Brewing Company (MSB) is a new brewery located conveniently in Fairfax County, Virginia (near the intersection of Routes 28 and 50 in Chantilly). We are a classic American craft brewery inspired by Old World brewing tradition. We operate in a more than 14,000 square foot space; within that space, we have an expansive 4,000 square foot tasting room that includes a court yard, a private event area, and a traditional tasting room area. We offer a small but thoughtful menu of small plates and panini sandwiches that pair with our beer offerings. We are also BYOF (bring your own food). Our Head Brewer, Kenny Allen, was previously the Head Brewer of Old Dominion Brewing Company and Old Ox Brewing Company. Our General Manager, Dave Hennessey, was previously the Head Brewer of Old Dominion Brewing Company and a senior manager at Hop & Wine Beverage. Kenny and Dave each hold a Diploma from the Siebel Institute. We hope to see you for a beer!
